Reach out as soon as you’re starting to think about a website project — even if you’re not fully ready. That gives us a chance to talk about your goals, timelines, and whether we’re a good fit. The actual project will be scheduled based on both my availability and your readiness (meaning: having the key materials in place). The build phase itself usually takes between 2–6 weeks, depending on the scope — but prep time varies from person to person.

To get started, you’ll need clarity on your offerings — the services or products you want to share — and a sense of who they’re for. You’ll also need a few essentials on hand: your business name, key photos (like headshots, product or brand photography), and any licenses or credentials that need to be displayed on the site.
Website copy is another key piece — you’ll need to prepare the written content that appears on your site. If you’re not sure where to start, I’ll provide a content guide to help you shape it. If you’d prefer that I handle the writing, full copy support can be added on as a separate service.
If you’re still gathering any of these materials, that’s totally fine — we can have a few touch points while you’re preparing. Just know the actual website build likely won’t begin until those pieces are finalized.

For website projects, you can choose to pay in full or in up to three installments. Either way, I’ll send over a simple contract and an invoice to reserve your spot — with an initial deposit required to book in. The remaining payments can be made in one or two follow-ups, spaced out across the project.
Payments from Canada-based clients are made in CAD. For all others, payments are processed in USD.

I currently work exclusively with Squarespace. If you already have a Squarespace site, I’d be happy to support with a refresh, redesign, or audit.
If your site is built on another platform, I don’t offer hands-on services — but you’re welcome to book a Design Hour for feedback, where I can share thoughtful suggestions and ideas, no matter the platform.

It also scales beautifully, with plenty of integrations and add-on tools to support your growth. In short, it’s a platform that serves both professionals and DIYers with elegance and reliability.
